BlitzKitchen Products User License
Effective Date: August 1, 2026
1. Grant of License
1. Upon full payment, BlitzKitchen grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable license to use the purchased PDF e-book solely for personal, non-commercial use.
2. The purchase of the file does not transfer any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights to the product.
3. The license is perpetual unless terminated due to a material breach of its terms.
2. What is Permitted
Under this license, the Customer may:
- download and store the file on their personal devices;
- make a reasonable number of backup copies for personal use;
- print one copy for personal use;
- use the recipes at home and prepare the described dishes for themselves, family, and guests;
- make their own notes in a private copy.
Simply preparing dishes according to the recipes, even within the ordinary course of business for a food service establishment, does not grant the right to copy, publish, or sell the e-book's content.
## 3. What is Not Permitted
Without prior written consent from the Seller, it is prohibited to:
- resell, rent, sublicense, or transfer the file;
- share the file, download link, or copies with others, groups, or customers;
- publish all or substantial parts online, on social media, in the cloud, in an app, course, database, or print;
- mass copy, scan, or distribute;
- remove legal notices or copyright information;
- translate, adapt, repackage, or modify the content to create a product intended for sale, publication, or distribution;
- use the product as material for a paid course, bundle, membership, file library, or other digital offering;
- use the file as a data set to train or develop an artificial intelligence system;
- present the content, layout, or design as one's own work.
4. Intellectual Property
The product as a whole, including its design, selection, arrangement, text, graphic elements, and layout, is protected to the extent provided by applicable law. This license does not restrict uses permitted without the copyright holder's consent under mandatory provisions of law.
5. License Violation
In the event of a material breach, the Seller may, after a request to cease the infringement, terminate the license and block further access, if legally permissible. This does not exclude other remedies available under applicable law. Termination of the license does not affect statutory consumer rights regarding the sales agreement itself.
6. Commercial License
A standard purchase does not include the right to resell or commercially distribute the content. Inquiries regarding a separate license can be directed to **BlitzKitchenSupport@proton.me**.
